MENU – SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 5 – SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 11

What a week!  Seems like just yesterday I was posting last weeks menu!  And I am two days late on posting this one.  Please forgive me.  My intention is to post in time for you to go grocery shopping.  I have failed you.  And I am sorry!

Also, a little note about my recipes:  I am very conscious of the foods we put in our body.  Not saying you won’t find things that aren’t healthy, but I do strive for most of our evening meals to be under 500 calories.  I have two great websites that I use most often.  You will find recipes from other places, but my two favs are:  http://www.eatingwell.com and http://www.tasteofhome.com/Healthy-Cooking-Magazine – both are great resources for serving meals on purpose.
